We are located approximately 12 souteast of Hillsboro, OH. Pin Hook Road is near the intersection of Routes 124 and 41.

FROM HILLSBORO (approximately 12 miles):
Take Route 124 Southeast out of town for approximately 12 miles. Route 124 intersects Route 41. Make a right turn on 41 south and then an immediate left onto Pin Hook Road (look for our sign). We are the second place on the left. On your way back home, you may want to visit our friends at Hershberger Tarps and Baskets or the Zook Family Farm for homemade pastries and baskets on Sinking Springs Road.
FROM PEEBLES (approximately 9 miles):
Take Route 41 North through the village of Sinking Spring. Just prior to the intersection of Route 124, make a right hand turn onto Pin Hook Road (look for our sign). We are the second place on the left. On your way back home, you may want to visit our friends at Hershberger Tarps and Baskets or the Zook Farm for homemade pastries and baskets on Sinking Springs Road.

Take Route 50 west toward Hillsboro for approximately 16 miles through the village of Bainbridge. Make a left onto Route 41 South continue on 41 for approximately 13 miles. We are located where Route 124 intersects 41 almost immediately after the intersection, make a left onto Pin Hook Road (look for our signs). We are the second place on the right. RETURN POLICY Your Satisfaction is Important to Us:
We want you to be satisfied! We back all things we sell and offer a 2 week (from receipt of item) return policy. Unused returned saddles will incur a 20% return fee. All other merchadise will incur a 50% return fee. Used saddles do not incur a stocking fee but must be returned within two weeks of receipt. An unused item will contain no scuffs, scratches, dirt or horse hair on the underskirt. The refund for any used material will be based on its condition, determined by Penny’s Tack Outlet. Penny's Tack Outlet will not accept any returns unless we first issue an RMA number. Please call (937) 588-2200 for any returns.
Any additional shipping charges such as priority or overseas charges, including return shipping are not refundable.
Due to technology limitations we cannot be responsible for color variations but we do try and depict colors as best as possible. Prices are subject to increase without notice.
