Rolled Collar with varying diameters according to size

Rolled collars are preferred by some because they don't catch and pull the hair. These finely made leather collars are made in Pennsylvania by American Craftsmen. The leather is tanned with environmentally friendly vegetable extracts. To get the proper collar size, measure your pet's neck and add 2 inches. That size will fit in the middle hole of the collar. Each collar has 5 holes. Please specify color, comes in Oakbark, Havana or Black in sizes 12" thru 24".
